The Catalyst Consultants is situated on the top floor of Jayreen court and has a spectacular view of the mountain. We provide a welcoming environment that allows candidates to feel at ease and relaxed during the assessment period.
We are able to comfortably accommodate eight candidates in our boardroom when testing in a group. When assessing individuals for managerial positions, we are able to accommodate six candidates.

Our offices provide less of a corporate feel, as we would like our candidates to feel at home during their time with us. Be it a refreshing cold drink on the balcony on a hot summer’s day, or a steamy mug of coffee next to the fireplace in winter, we strive to create an atmosphere that brings out the best in each candidate by allowing them to excel in their performance during assessments.

Here are the directions to the offices from the airport:

From the airport take the N2 Cape Town turn-off

You will pass the Langa/Bhengu off-ramp and take the next off-ramp, called Jan Smuts Road (the turnoff is at the two water towers).

At the next big intersection, turn right into Mowbray off-ramp, go over the
bridge and take the M5 Muizenberg turnoff.

While on the M5, take the Kenilworth off-ramp. At the top of the off-ramp turn right, pass one set of robots and at the next intersection turn left.

Pass MacDonald's on your left, and at the next set of robots turn left into Rosmead Avenue. You will have the racecourse on your left. At the second set of robots, turn right into Wetton Rd.

You will go over the bridge where you will approach another set of robots which you will pass. At the next set of robots, you will turn right into the Main Rd.

Continue until you approach another set of robots (Noyes Chemist on left and Pam Golding Properties on right hand side), turn left into Mains Avenue.

± 20 m up the road on the left-hand side you will find Jayreen Court. Just before Jayreen Court you will find Kenilworth Travel and immediately after Jayreen Court you will find Kenilworth Post Office.

The boom at the level crossing is closed between 7:00 – 8:30 am in the morning, it is advisable to take an alternative route to our offices.

If you are travelling by taxi along Main Road, ask to stop at the robot where you will find Noyes Chemist and Pam Golding Real Estate. If you are coming from the Wynberg direction, you will turn left at the Noyes Chemist robot into Mains Avenue. We are on the left, just passed Kenilworth Travel and jut before the Post Office.

If you are travelling by train, get off at the Kenilworth Station. Turn left into the road running parallel to the train tracks, and then take your first right into Summerley Road. When you get to the robot, go straight across, and this road becomes Mains Avenue. We are on the left, just passed Kenilworth Travel and just before the Post Office.

Directions from Cape Town to Kenilworth via the M3

Go down Strand Street, pass the Golden Acre on your Right, and further down you will pass the Castle on your Right.

Take the turn-off onto the highway which says M3 Muizenberg, continue on this road. You will pass UCT on your right.

Take the slip road to the left that says Claremont (which is at the petrol station called Paradise Motors).

You will then approach a Traffic Circle, take the 2^nd road to the Left off the Circle into Newlands Road.

Continue down Newlands Road, you will see that there is a slight fork in this road, but keep left.

After the fork, at next set of traffic lights turn left into Mains Avenue.

Continue down Mains Avenue until you get to the Kenilworth Post Office which is on your right hand side.

Immediately after the Post Office you will get Jayreen Court, which is a cream block of flats with a green palisade fence.
